CS Project Delivery is the only company experienced delivering private developed, on-airport, consolidated rent-a-car and ground transportation facilities. Using a collaborative approach, the team meets the needs of both airports and rent-a-car companies. CS Project delivery provides an effective integrated solution, rooted in an understanding of the rent-a-car industry’s operational, competitive, and business requirements coupled with an understanding of the airport authorities’ planning process and regulatory framework. This solution takes the project through feasibility analysis, planning, design, business term development, financing, construction, facility activation and transition to operations.

CS Project Delivery aligns the diverse needs of multiple rent-a-car companies while assuming project responsibility and risk. Before a project proceeds, signed, bonded contracts are executed that substantially guaranty delivery of the facility for a fixed price with a date certain delivery.
