This joint-use facility, located directly across the terminal roadway from the GSP passenger terminal building, consists of five levels. The ConRAC facility occupies the first three levels and the top two levels are paid public parking. The rental car levels house a customer service building (CSB), a ready return area, and quick turn-around (QTA) services on the lower level for fueling and car washing.

CS Operators began facility operations in 2025 and provides facility and fueling management.
